我不是很有创意，可是心意是满满的！做得像吗？单靠图片徒手缝出来的，缝纫机动都没动过噢！

看到麦麦甜甜的笑容真开心
礼物是娘了一点啦
可是我送出的是一颗真挚的心
而且是永远不会消失的蛋糕+心意噢！！
